2. Products

This store exclusively sells physical sublimated items, including decorative and gift products produced using sublimation printing techniques.

All products are physical goods.

Due to the sublimation process and individual screen settings, slight variations in color or appearance may occur between the product image shown on the website and the final printed product.

3. AI-Generated Images

Some designs and images used in our products are created or assisted using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and are subsequently edited and prepared for printing.

The purchase of a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.

4. Use of Designs

All designs are intended for personal, decorative use only.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, scanning, or copying the designs for resale
  • Using the designs for commercial purposes
  • Modifying or distributing the designs in digital or printed form for profit

Unauthorized commercial use of Eslaby designs may result in legal action.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to:

  • Slovakia
  • Czech Republic
  • Poland

Processing time: 5 business days
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on destination.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized or personalized at the customer’s request.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Eslaby and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovakia and applicable European Union legislation.
